Got to knock them out convincingly, you cant let it get to the score cards
Stop crying, it was a double touch and unfortunately there is nothing any of u talking rubbish can do about it
Na. I was watching this live and my uncle used to play semi-pro football. He knew when Julian slipped it was going to be a double touch on the ball, since hes done it before himself! He called it before then even marked it as an X. I totallly forgot about the rule. As minimal as it may seem, its a dead ball shot inside the box against the keeper. The shooter always has advantage if you slip just from taking a shot, thats on you unfortunately. Alvarez though hes an amazing player. Super unfortunate.
FIFA = CORRUPTION =
! DEFUND FIFA and MAKE SOCCER GREAT AGAIN

!
Kate should be worried about her job,Big Mike is asking some serious questions these days
Real Madrid is in the inner circle of people who rule the world. Not a coincidence that they always get dubious decisions in their favour. If they lose in R16, project Mbappe is a failure and Vinicius might want a move away.
What is so controversial? It was double touch check rules and then speak and stop crying…
Atlético always crying about what they can never win on the pitch. They are perpetual tercerones for a reason.
The goal being allowed would chamge nothing. Shootout was 4-2. The controversy happened because of Alvarez's lack of skill: rule is strict. The non shooting foot came ahead due to the sliding motion, and the camera angles are not good, but ball has sensors.
Also, Atlético threw the match by not being able to score again.
Nada creíble en mi opinión. El balon no cambia el recorrido viendo una y mil veces la repetición. Si tuvo un rose deberia tener un sentido común ya que no cambia el trayecto del balon. La tecnología también puede fallar
Bs. Never double touch. Va r ruined football
Not much to explain here, VAR been created to help mafia, it's much easier now to fix games, unfortunately..
Even if there isn't any explanation right now. The least they could do is show the footage properly from every angle. Why is it that when we see someone score a goal or gets fouled in the box they show it from every angle but when it comes to slight margins like this they don't even bother?
It’s shameful and clear robbery infront of our eyes
Sorry Atlético de Madrid They give everything to do it but the Var beat them much respect Atlético de Madrid Fans coach and team
Barkalona fans are still crying meanwhile Barcelona is the most corrupted club of the planet. FC Negreira
UEFA has already called for a meeting with IFAB and FIFA to review this incident. It suggests that the rule will be changed to allow for an unintentional touch.
If Real Madrid wins the champions league this time they bought it
"Audentes Fortuna iuvat" – Fortune favors the bold
This simple phrase summarizes the difference between Real Madrid and Atletico (and the rest of the teams)
Finally a football player speaking up about rugby rules. Var Also been used i rugby way before It got tò football too much corruption Hey
Stop hating lol
Julian did not touch the ball at all. According to the (edited to me) video of UEFA the ball moved to the left (from the angle of GK) a little bit before shooting. please check the second penalty of this link below (at the bottom of my comment). pause the video and you will clearly see the ball always move in the direction of the back foot of the player (even GKs can predict penalty kicks based on that). IT WAS A ROBBERY LIKE ALWAYS FOR REAL MADRID. it was physics. Not the touch by Alvarez. If physics is the problem all penalties of Cristiano must have been disallowed. They decided that VAR must have been intervened and it intervened. For Atletico's penalty against Real (on Simeone) the VAR did not like to intervene. That was much more legal than the Julian's penalty. But it did not intervene.
In addition, the law says "IF THE BALL WAS CLEARLY (NOTICEABLY) TOUCHED BEFORE THE SHOOTING IT MUST BE DISALLOWED". it says "CLEARLY". With the the best microscopes ever you cannot even talk about this case. How you disallowed it when you are not sure the ball moved because of physics or the left foot of Julian? How? You cloud also disallow Correa's penalty too. You could do the same with Sorloth too. IT IS A SHAME. THIS IS NOT A GAME. IT IS A PART OF PEREZ'S BUSINESS.

The proof must be shown at the moment of decision! Otherwise, it can no longer be taken seriously.
It should have been retaken
Yes rugby they explain but does every decision in soccer get explained why on this only
Is the lady Jennifer Lopez ? Or her sister
The expert in refereeing says there is a sensor in the ball. There isn't. That's how reliable her opinion is.
The lack of microphones is not corruption, it's class….see footballers are Knights. Artists. Gladiators , Pirates, superheroes .They deserve privacy while in the arena
Even in NBA they often explain
Im starting to think uefa is rigged
