I checked the penalty position many times as people keep saying its not a pen and I also thought it was not a pen until it ran in slow mo in 1 time where you can clearly see , szbozlai hits him in his chin with his left elbow before the second hit. He actually hit him twice , first with his left elbow then he hit him in the face with his right hand right afterwards. It happens in less than a second and it was definitely the elbow hit that took him down.
