Domination would include both games, however Vini (on Walker), Camavenga (on Silva) Rudiger (on Haaland) and Carvahal (on Jack) = Realâs dominance in the first leg, even without possession! Also, being happy about 1-1 without Haaland scoring is the a moot point considering Benzema and Rodrygo had off nights too. Realâs goal came from skill and creativity, but Cityâs goal came from a mistake and controversy. Both beautiful strikes though. Couldnât ask for more in a Semi-Final!
Pep has a billion dollar team, but still, he needs ref to win the game for him. Pep is gonna be gifted an other UCL. Thanks to oil money.
Where was Haaland??
we are basically watching a two leg final…
A nice little cut out at 7:51
City got the result but Real was better when dominating and probably overall. Tie is open, exciting, no favorites. If I were a City fan, I would be worried, if they play like this again they are out.
I hate this Panel they never show any highlights, just old dudes talking smack.
Realmadrid appeal handball for every city blockđ
Man city about to slap Real Madrid
And all of a sudden everyone's opinion has changed. Now they are not talking any trash about real madrid
Everyone is talking about how Rudiger kept Haaland quiet, but it's Alaba telling him what to do, but also, I don't remember Benzema. City defense kept him quiet and also Rodrigo.
reffing was shocking last night, but at least it was shocking against both sides
walker did well today. improved since his dickwhipping night
23:14 City going win
These guys are biased clowns. Cant wait for madrid to spank these pundit fans
10:45 halland needs to better in 2nd leg
CITY 1 – REAL 3
ESPN, if City loose Walker, it's GAME OVER. đą Starting 11 must go for goals.
Great game! Its insane, …Madrid was playing a complete defens that costs only 35 mil! đ
I feel Pep overplayed. Players passed for passing sake. Haaland STARRRRRRRRVED of the ball. City just would NOT CROSS BALL unless De Bruyne did it. Why play slick football, get ball wide & constantly come back. Real pose danger with lots more pace and less farting about when in final 3rd giving defenders less time to get set or in position.
Pep said the game will be decided at Etihad , they got it – just like they did it with Bayern Leipzig Liverpool Man Utd Arsenal at Etihad – so advantage City
I think Vinicius has the potential to become an all time great. He just needs to stay focus and disciplined.
Imo, City did not try hard enough to win. Ball possession by City, far to slow & careful. Passing seemed to be about wasting time on da whole. Silva especially frustrating for Haaland and Walker. He kept slowing game down. As did Greelish. Walker never received an overlapping pass after his hard sprints. Silva kept cutting into the mid. Only De Bruyne was putting in early crosses but mostly only Haaland was in the box. City still troubled by lack of pace.
Iâm a little new to the football scene. Can someone explain to me why it seems like the media is always hesitant to praise Vini. Like even when he does great it seems like the best they can say is itâs expected of Madrid players but when he has games where heâs not the best it seems like they canât wait to chew him apart⊠maybe Iâm looking too deep into thing idk
Burley really understands the game. They can talk about Neville and Carra all they want but Burley is always spot on. Should be a manager…
Still say Madrid are favourites.. they like being underdogs. Any advantage is a big one.
Prediction 2_0 for madrid
Madrid vs Liverpool first leg , vs Barca 2nd leg copa del rey would suggest otherwise.
Both away games , both at place with high home crowd support and Madrid thrived.
Real Madrid will wet up, many of city fans face :come next week Wednesday with tears againđą ;it don't matter if it's home or away. Honestly the coach , players and loving fans fear the bossđ đ .
And you guys were saying City gonna destroy đ
Rooney is the most selfless player on the pitch, gave Ronaldo and other strikers the spot light just sobriety could win titles most underrated superstar of his time. Rooney could of won one or two ballon d ors if Messi wasnât around
This is a joke camavinga did not lose the ball after it when outside that ball that when outside causes an attack and a goal to score, and the lines man should see that but because of var the refs and the lines man are not doing their job like they use toâŠ.
One thing people don't understand about mancity is that,
They win teams because of the guardiola style of play. Once that style is twarted, they get confused
They are much more easier to contain with haaland in their side
Most of their players except maybe KDB, Silva, Gundogan would struggle in a team like utd or chelse where they need to make more individual contributions to prove their worth
Grealish is terrible overrated for a 100M signing. He's young for that matter.
Few thing madrid taught me today is that
Madrid don't need Mbappe
Vini is more relentless, skillful and has better decision making and pass sense that Mbappe
Who dear compared gavi to camavinga
There is too much hype around grealish. This is a guy who is still young and was signed for 100M. Still he can't beat his man just for once. Guardiola is very good at shelding he's players. If grealish was in a team like chelsea or man utd he would be benched.
