Domination would include both games, however Vini (on Walker), Camavenga (on Silva) Rudiger (on Haaland) and Carvahal (on Jack) = Real’s dominance in the first leg, even without possession! Also, being happy about 1-1 without Haaland scoring is the a moot point considering Benzema and Rodrygo had off nights too. Real’s goal came from skill and creativity, but City’s goal came from a mistake and controversy. Both beautiful strikes though. Couldn’t ask for more in a Semi-Final!

City got the result but Real was better when dominating and probably overall. Tie is open, exciting, no favorites. If I were a City fan, I would be worried, if they play like this again they are out.

Everyone is talking about how Rudiger kept Haaland quiet, but it's Alaba telling him what to do, but also, I don't remember Benzema. City defense kept him quiet and also Rodrigo.

I feel Pep overplayed. Players passed for passing sake. Haaland STARRRRRRRRVED of the ball. City just would NOT CROSS BALL unless De Bruyne did it. Why play slick football, get ball wide & constantly come back. Real pose danger with lots more pace and less farting about when in final 3rd giving defenders less time to get set or in position.

Imo, City did not try hard enough to win. Ball possession by City, far to slow & careful. Passing seemed to be about wasting time on da whole. Silva especially frustrating for Haaland and Walker. He kept slowing game down. As did Greelish. Walker never received an overlapping pass after his hard sprints. Silva kept cutting into the mid. Only De Bruyne was putting in early crosses but mostly only Haaland was in the box. City still troubled by lack of pace.

I’m a little new to the football scene. Can someone explain to me why it seems like the media is always hesitant to praise Vini. Like even when he does great it seems like the best they can say is it’s expected of Madrid players but when he has games where he’s not the best it seems like they can’t wait to chew him apart
maybe I’m looking too deep into thing idk

Madrid vs Liverpool first leg , vs Barca 2nd leg copa del rey would suggest otherwise.
Both away games , both at place with high home crowd support and Madrid thrived.

Real Madrid will wet up, many of city fans face :come next week Wednesday with tears again😱 ;it don't matter if it's home or away. Honestly the coach , players and loving fans fear the boss😭 😅.

Rooney is the most selfless player on the pitch, gave Ronaldo and other strikers the spot light just sobriety could win titles most underrated superstar of his time. Rooney could of won one or two ballon d ors if Messi wasn’t around

This is a joke camavinga did not lose the ball after it when outside that ball that when outside causes an attack and a goal to score, and the lines man should see that but because of var the refs and the lines man are not doing their job like they use to

One thing people don't understand about mancity is that,

They win teams because of the guardiola style of play. Once that style is twarted, they get confused

They are much more easier to contain with haaland in their side

Most of their players except maybe KDB, Silva, Gundogan would struggle in a team like utd or chelse where they need to make more individual contributions to prove their worth

Grealish is terrible overrated for a 100M signing. He's young for that matter.

Few thing madrid taught me today is that

    Madrid don't need Mbappe

Vini is more relentless, skillful and has better decision making and pass sense that Mbappe

There is too much hype around grealish. This is a guy who is still young and was signed for 100M. Still he can't beat his man just for once. Guardiola is very good at shelding he's players. If grealish was in a team like chelsea or man utd he would be benched.
