Best thing dat 's happened to football is scrapping d away goals. I come to ur house i score a goal and u couldn't score in ur own house. Then we play 2:3 in my house to av a tie and u tell me to kick rocks?! It was unfair, doesn't show sportsmanship and illogical.

The away goal rule was created to make the away teams take more risk, Barca, arsenal and man city a all favorite in their games because winning at home is much easier then away and have been well rewarded

I get so annoyed when people assume that for a game of football to be entertaining, goals are needed. Often the highest quality games are when the defenses are solid and not leaky making the match of more of an unattainable standard which should be entertaining in its own right.

The home advantage isn’t a bad thing, it’s a good thing. Each team has it (except for plastic clubs) and sometimes opponents will get affected by it, but now with the amount we’re spending on these players and how much they’re earning the level of professionalism is the highest of any sport. So this means that even though the atmosphere is terrifying the main focus should always be on the ball. No the away goal rule shouldn’t come back, it ruins the game

People forget there were so many goals because the rule was taken away…if the rule stayed, home teams would play a caged setup which would result in less goals Scored.

I am neutral, cuz i hated the away goal rule when it was around and i hate it when it is no more around😂😂 basically, my perspective changes year on year based on whether its presence could have been beneficial to the club i support. So, no hard feelings for its absence
